I played a pivotal role in producing a campaign that introduced Mastercard's contactless debit and credit card payments on Singapore's public transport, eliminating the need for prepaid fare cards. The campaign creatively addressed common commuter frustrations—such as low fare card balances and long queues—by transforming these scenarios into catchy, humorous songs performed by local artist Sandra Riley Tang of The Sam Willows. These mini music videos were strategically released during peak hours on Facebook and Instagram, complemented by out-of-home placements and in-station audio broadcasts. This innovative approach not only engaged commuters but also showcased Mastercard's seamless and efficient payment solutions.
